Spark introduces athletes to competitive swimming in a fun and encouraging environment while building confidence and strong fundamentals. Swimmers focus on improving freestyle and backstroke efficiency while learning breaststroke and butterfly. Proper body position, streamlining, starts, turns, practice etiquette, interval training, and pace clock reading are introduced to prepare athletes for continued development.

Ignite emphasizes refining technique in all four competitive strokes while advancing starts, turns, finishes, and underwater skills. Swimmers develop consistent flip turns for freestyle and backstroke, legal turns for breaststroke, butterfly, and individual medley, while gaining a stronger understanding of interval training, pace clock reading, and personal accountability in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Ascend builds upon technical skills through more advanced training, increased endurance, and race preparation while maintaining proper stroke mechanics and execution. Swimmers are expected to consistently perform legal starts, turns, and finishes in all four strokes while developing leadership skills, demonstrating sportsmanship, and serving as positive role models for younger athletes.

Apex is designed for athletes committed to maximizing their competitive potential through advanced training, race strategy, and goal-oriented practices. Swimmers refine technique, build endurance and strength, and develop the discipline, leadership, integrity, and resilience needed to excel both in competition and as role models within Spirit Aquatics Club.
